Session cookies are: Set by Formedix and stored until the browser is closed and you sign out of ryze. Required for our services to work. No personal information is gathered. If cookies are disabled in your browser, signing in will not be possible.

Persistent cookies are: Set by Formedix and stored in your browser's files until you choose to delete them or your browser removes them when their expiry period is reached. Allow us to tailor your user experience based on your previous interactions with the website. No personal information is gathered.

First party cookies set by Formedix are:

  • FORMEDIX_PLATFORM. Provides an authentication token for a user. Expires with the session.
  • hasSignedIn. Provides a record of whether a user has previously signed in to ryze. Expires after one month.

Third party cookies set by Formedix are:

  • Hubspot which hosts our CRM and handles web inquiries
  • Google Analytics which measures the use of our website
  • Zendesk which we use to provide customer support

2.Handling Uploaded and Converted Files in On Demand Services.

Our On Demand Services store uploaded files to our server only temporarily for conversion purposes. When the conversion process ends, we delete those files from our servers automatically. The converted file is stored on our servers for up to 7 days so that the user can download it. Deletion of stored files within that time period is in the user’s control.

There is no back-up of these stored files. Contents of the files are not being monitored in any way by Formedix or any other third party. The content of the converted files is accessible via the Downloads page for registered users.

3.Security.

We apply security practices in order to prevent unauthorised access or disclosure. However, please be aware of the fact that there is a level of risk involved in any transmissions of data via the Internet. No transmission of data over the Internet can ever be guaranteed to be completely secure.

4.Disclosure to Third Parties.

Third Party Servers:

In the course of providing the services available on our website, data is transferred to and from servers located in the United States. By agreeing to Formedix Terms of Service you accept the transfer of such data as is necessary to provide such services.

Contractors:

From time to time, we may use the services of third-party companies to help facilitate our business activities. These include vendors and suppliers that provide us with technology, services, and/or content for the operation and maintenance of the website, bill collection services, affiliate or incentive program providers, customer service organizations, e-mail and postal mail brokers, and marketing service providers.

Other Third Parties:

For your convenience there may be links to websites operated by companies that are not affiliated with our website and that do not have contracts to provide content or services through our website. These links may be found in advertisements, referenced within content, or placed beside the names or logos of sponsors. We do not disclose your personal information to these websites without obtaining your consent. We do not endorse and is not responsible for the privacy practices of these sites.
